i dont really think the stuff works that well. yeah, sure it makes me sweat a little, but I dont think they really do a lot in terms of burning fat. I dont know if this is dangerous or not, but, I take 3 pills at 6:30am, 3 pills at 11:00am, and then 3 more at 4:00pm, an hour before my workout. I sleep fine at night. The shit aint cheap though.
