ok. My weight is still holding at 141.5 . I had Andy do the 7 site again last night. Here are the numbers.

chest = 2
abdominal = 4
thigh = 9
tricep = 3
subscapular = 11
suprailiac = 4
midaxillary = 4

numbers calculate out to:

BF% = 5.44
Pounds of BF = 7.70
Pounds of Lean Weight = 133.8


Is this right? It doesn't seem right. lolol that seems really low. Holy

Why do they figure your age into your bf%?

thigh = 23
hips = 35
waist = 27
bicep = 13
chest around ribcage = 31
chest/boobs = 35.5
neck = 15

My butt is telling the numbers are wrong. they don't take a pinch test of your butt.

Why do they figure your age into your bf%?

That seems pretty crazy lean esp if you haven't even touched the water depletion yet. You still looked smooth in the last picture you showed (smooth - not water depleted, not smooth bloaty...)

ok. The camera was in the house, si I took pics in there. The yellow walls are what I'm painting over. lolol Soon, they'll be a nice beige/tan color.

I looked at the pics and gawdam. You can see my ribcage on my back poses. kinda creepy. Also - I took a very unflattering close up picture of my ass. ew.

you can't see them vey well in these pics, but on my tricep pose, you can see all the striations in my delts. it's pretty cool.
