Shit! Did I just inject into a vein just now???

I guess it depends, a lot of other people who said they have hit a vein just got dizzy, just felt like they were gonna die, lotsa coughing, passed out, etc. but was OK afterwards.

Yea I didn't know that either. But I will do my research before I start spreading misinfo. This is how urban legends start..

Dam, I'm gonna be late for the gym because of this lol. I guess I'm done freaking out now, and gonna hit dem weights. Knock on wood, everything will be fine.

what did the guy inject that made him die? jw

Not sure, I have to find the post again, but it was about how the poster's friend injected some AAS into his pecs, hit a vein, and went to do some cardio but felt shitty, went home and died of a heart attack, and his doc thought it was from the AAS.

If u would've hit a vein, you would've felt it in a few seconds. Tingling of the lips, throat, face, the urge to cough, then you cough to clear the feeling and that is when it hits you! You feel like you're gonna die, can't breathe from all the choking, lightheadedness kicks in, you turn pail and depending on how much and how direct the shot was this takes longer to clear or just lasts a few scary seconds, my guess is you went through a vein, blood came out, and you drew that... It happens... Never forge the protocol, CLEAN AREA, PIN, aspirate and plunge slowly, why not try thighs and calves, you get a better grip on the syringe and you don't have to stand in an extremely awkward position in front of a mirror to pin on the glutes...

learn to pin ventro glute - best spot ever. no pain, hardly any veins , big muscle so you can inject a lot, very easy and can be done with two hands.

I was pinning on the ventrogluteal. Upper body sort of has to twist for me to hold it with both hands when pushing the plunger, kinda still uncomfortable. I like the spot, but I just got blood from this area today and that "did i hit a vein" scare from this spot. And yes I was pinning on the correct spot for ventrogluteal from what I had researched.

Pinning on calves looks painful. How is that like? And how much do you pin on your calves?

Yeah, I plan on rotating between glutes, ventroglutes, thighs.

I'm not so sure about delts either, my memories from last cycle is blood squirts galore lol. I might research this spot some more and try and get this right. The more spots I familiarize myself with the better for when I do a test prop cycle in the future.
