Shit! Did I just inject into a vein just now???

Speaking from a medical background, you sound as though all is well. My guess is the same as everyone has said... to much movement. Glutes are hard to hit by yourself. I have moved too much and sliced myself up, resulting in a hematoma the size of New York on my hamstring. I've also passed through a vein and had some enter the vein on the way out. Holy shit! Lungs were on fire for about 30 seconds!

Didn't Kilos Sarcev hit a vein with synthol about 10 years ago? I think he ended up with congestive heart failure.

So did you figure out any new tricks to keep everything steady when injecting in those areas by yourself?

Ive never done anything but Quads. I like being able to completely control the syringe the whole time. Im not very flexible and I cant really hold the syringe with my opposite arm(left arm) while jabbing the right glute. Just feels uncomfortable. Plus with a 25g needle it takes a bit to push the oil in. Maybe one day I will try glute. But I never really had any problems with quad, except for the occasional passing through a vein.

pinning quads fucking hurts for me. especially the soreness lasts for days... and I can't do squats. Glutes are always the easiest for me.

really? weird. what are you shooting? I have never really had any soreness. Maybe once or twice for a day, two tops. But its never been bad.

I usually heat the vial up a lil with a hair drier before I suck up my dose, than keep the needle in my leg for a min after I push the oil in, than I will massage the area for a min. works great for me

a couple things. aspirating and not seeing blood doesn't mean you didn't hit a vein, and also you can nick a vein on the way out as well. so aspirating isn't even necessary.. i never aspirate and i've done hundreds of injections. if you insist on aspirating thats your business, but hard to do that when you are injecting 2-3ml using a 3ml syringe

as for hitting blood being a problem.. unless you are injecting tren its not a big deal.. with tren if you hit a vein you run a good chance of getting tren cough which sucks. this is why its a bad idea to inject tren in your quads or hips where there are many hidden veins you can hit.

also the dude that died from hitting a vein probably weighed 300 pounds with 30% body fat and shouldn't of been juicing to begin with.. or he probably died from something else and it got blamed on steroids. sadly many roid users are also druggies and use a million other things and then make everyone look bad. or maybe he injected directly into a vein like a moron not knowing he is supposed to go IM.

bottom line is no biggie but don't make a habit of hitting veins and you have a better chance of getting eaten by a shark then dieing from a simple IM injection.. you should learn to pin your delts and pecs which are two areas that even a dummy can pin without hitting blood. quads and hips are tough, you run a good risk of getting abscesses in your quads as well if you go in at a bad angle... hard to miss when you hit the delts and pecs :).. cant speak for glutes as i haven't pinned in there in forever, no way with my wide shoulders can i manage to pin there, much less aspirate.. but if you can pin the right spot on the glutes its a very easy injection...

good to know. thanks.

why is it that you run a greater risk of developing abscesses in your quads as opposed to glutes or delts?

And what size needle you use for delts? like a 25g 5/8in. Even an inch seems kinda long for delts.
