Thank god a man said it, you people never believe women when they say our bodies don't work the same as yours. This is the correct answer. It makes both the woman feel badly if you push the whole "intercourse only" orgasm. Not sure if someone already said this but a position you can try with no toys or self stimulation is a modified missionary position (sounds like she might like that).
