guess I'm going to have to somehow choke down a shake during the day......sigh :(

2 sliced vidalia onion - grilled
 
Can i make a suggestion :) If you don't wanna choke down a shake you can always stir a scoop or two of protein into your yogurt as well its pretty good :p
