Your diet is not bad silly!!! Actually chicken and some soy pasta is one of my favorites (when I remember to buy it that is :p ) Anyways GOOOD MORNING!!!

Diet isn't BAD, but I'm not meeting the goals I've set for myself. I PREFER my protein to be in the upper 40's. I've been missing my mark......not for long though........

HA HA....just took a nice thick ribeye out of the freezer this AM to have for dinner tonight.....MMmmmmmmmm :)
