Hams: Stiff Leg lifts (12 x 65 lbs) x1 (10 x 85 lbs) x 3

QUads: Leg Press (12 x 180 lbs) x 4
Hams: Lying leg curls (10 x 50 lbs)

Quads: SIngle leg ext (10 x 30 lbs) x 4
Hams: Lunges w/ 20 lbs (length of bball court and back) x 4

Shoulders: Shrugs (12 x 50 lb DB) x 1 (10 x 55 lb DB) x 3
Shoulders: Upright rows (10 x 55 llbs) x 4
