using mots-C for energy benefits?

So I tend to have energy issues in the mid to late mornings. I get up usually at 4:00 or 5:00 AM. I do a little bit of cardio then I go to work and then I like to do my weight training after work around 4:30. The problem is my energy starts dipping toward the middle of the day.
How much MOTS-C peptide do you recommend that I use? Should I use 1 mg in the morning or should I do 1 mg every three days?

Mots C will definitely help, but leaning on drugs is never the long term solution. There may be something else going here that would benefit you more to address. What does your peri-training nutrition look like? Sleep quality? Current cycle?
