Up and off to the airport
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1/3 banana
(at some point while waiting on the plane)
8:30 a.m.
-Grilled chicken breast (from a sandwich)
-1 oz almonds and walnut mix
12:40 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cup green beans
***officially no food in the house

4:45 p.m.
Smoothie at work
-6 oz coffee (as I am strugglin to stay awake)
-cup of ice
-1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp cinnamon
8:00 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cups asparagus stir fry blend
10:45 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 scoop protein
