Chest: incline DB press (12 x 25 lbs) 3 sets
Triceps: Lying ext/skull crushers (12 x 30 lbs) 3 sets

Chest: Chest dips (12 x 50 lb assist) 3 sets
Triceps: Kickbacks (12 x 17.5 lbs) 3 sets

Chest: Flys (12 x 70 lbs) 3 sets
Triceps: Close grip press (12 x 15 lbs db's) 3 sets

Shoulders: REar delt flies (12 x 50 lbs) 3 sets
Shoulders: Lat raises (12 x 8 lb db's) 3 sets

9:15 a.m.-10:15 a.m.

-1 scoop whey isolate
-6 oz water

12:45 a.m.
-2 cups romaine
-4 oz chicken
-1/4 cup diced bell pepper
-4 oz sweet potato

5:00 p.m.
-Chocolate MRP
-1 tbl Power butter

8:00 p.m.
-5 oz salmon
-1 cup brocolli
-6 almonds (counted just for you CK ;) )

10:30 p.m.
-2 egg whites, 1 whole egg
-1 scoop protein

-So ran up street to bike trails and jogged bout 45 minutes total
-Prob 3-4 miles (was 2.5 on trails for sure)

8:00 a.m.
-1/3 cup oats
-3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 packet Splenda

12:15 p.m.
-2 cups spinach leaves
-1/4 cup brocolli
-1/4 cup blueberries
-5 oz chicken
-1 Whole grain brown rice cake

4:30 p.m.
-1/2 banana
-Vanilla MRP
-8 oz coffee, ice
-1 tsp cinnamon
(yummmmmy :p ... who needs starbucks :lmao: )

6:00 p.m.
Gym was too crowded! this frustrates me so... did abs and left!

7:30 p.m.
SOUPER SALAD!!!

-Huge salad consisting of:
-2 cups spinach
-brocolli, onions, diced egg, few peppers, kidney beans, celery, and mushrooms, green beans, cauliflower
-topped off with 4 oz chicken

-1 scoop whey stirred in
