Quicky update - stayed out of the gym most of the week - partially cuz I was too achy and partially because I've been in a complete state of "wait". Like to the point of being borderline catatonic.

House:
switching to a new realtor but haven't actually met him yet. Need to write up a new contract this weekend or in a few days.
Job:
Waiting in agony all week for some sort of next step - I sent "Thank you" emails the day after my onsite interview last Thurs but didn't get any responses from anyone. So I waited until Wed this week & sent a couple nice suck-up letters. I got a response from the guy I know who hooked me up w/ this company - he's been out of town all week but he said the feedback so far was very positive and the fact that he recommended me & had worked w/ me in the past was also a very positive thing. But of course I really hate not knowing for sure. So today I got a call to schedule a phone interview w/ the CEO on Monday morning because I only got about 10 min w/ him last week. Soo.... *fingers crossed*...
Gym / Diet all week:
diet was mostly tight but didn't eat enough in general. No gym for most of the week. Instead I put my credit card thru a couple days of "super sets" - at all the department stores at 3 different malls. Basically I couldn't sit at home & 'wait' or even attempt to be productive, so I built up my work wardrobe. And I'm very happy w/ all the stuff I found. Some really nice suits, jackets, skirts, tops, SHOES! Wohoo! EVERYTHING on sale --- KILLER sales! So now I need to leave the malls alone until I get that job locked in...
Other stuff - got back on birth control.... maybe weird to bring that up here - but basically I"ve been off for almost 2 yrs due in part to lack of social life and mostly due to be in various stages of contest prep from Jan 2005 to July 2006. Since this is way low on the priority list right now, figured I'd give it another shot. Last time I tried w/ the pills - complete disaster - I kept forgetting to take them, had severe cramps & break thrus for a month because I kept forgetting the stupid pills. So, right now giving the Nuva ring a shot. Its about the lowest dose of estrogen you can get. So we'll see how it goes. Expect no weight gain, bloat etc.
And... well, looks like I got some sorta social life started again...
Still workign on putting together a new workout schedule, but I went to the gym tonite just to get off my ass
