Well, per my chiro, no more lifting for a while. That's fine w/ me.
New short term plans:
1-2 days detox diet - juicing, etc. to clear out all the water retention, etc from this weekend. The water retention made my fingers look like sausages & gave me Fred Flintstone feet. The carb load gave me a sick pump just walking. The chiro / massage workover yesterday left my upper back sore & my lower back overly pumped.
Switch over to my old cutting diet & probably drop 300 cals from it as well -- brings me down around 1500 cals I think. No need for excess protein since I'm not lifting, same comment for carbs. Need to resurrect the details of the diet from my memory because I can't find it written down right now.
Training: cardio, cardio, cardio. Eventually move back into pilates / yoga as my back loosens up.
Other: SAUNA!
