LOL @ blow stuff up. I do hear you there. Govt.... my first job was working for the Space Station program. We spent 9 months developing a transponder system. Then that got back burnered & we started writign test software for it. Then the funding got pulled and the staff went from 250 to 25 & and I moved into "network support".

The stuff I want to get into is stuff that the technology is finally here for (for ex, I took a class in "Multimedia" in 1993 and my university was doign research on HDTV. Now that stuff is finally mainstream and a viable distribution route for video / communication / entertainment.. SOOOO COOL!

Yeah... I tell you ... It's DIFFICULT focusing generally.. I can hardly concentrate now with dieting down...I don't know but I think the next 4 weeks I'm going to somehow have to pull my head out of my @ss and start doing something. My focus is g-o-n-e!!!!

Not really - the name may ring a bell.. but not sure.

I think between our locals (nsash & HT) we can find a place to go tear it up later, or at least get QS & company some good pizza & beer!

If I could tell you how many times I thought about renting out my old place in FL and just working the resort scuba diving circuit or working a yacht somewhere in the South Pacific....

Now -- the bar thing is cool for the summer because that was my LIFE for a the last several yrs in FL. But CA -- -man I am DYING for some intellectually stimulating tech stuff. JUST DYING.

Julia will be competing in the HW class. She's 5' 4" weighing in "at this moment" at 146. I've been talking to her hubby on another board. They seem like nice peeps! Just thought you might know of her as she's BB.

Pizza & beer? I'm not a beer drinker, but I can SHOVEL pizza!!!!

Oh Gawd!!! Now you sound like sbt with the salad & chic!!! lol I don't care how long it's been since I've eaten junk. I'm ALWAYS down! lol I'll either do wine (and get my back if I do) or a Vodka/diet something.
