mon: chest, calves
tues: back, traps
wed: off
thurs: legs
fri: shoulders, calves
sat: triceps, biceps
sun: off
*no abs b/c i was and currently bulking, about to finish

do u think i should continue this or do:

mon: legs
tues: chest, triceps, abs
wed: off
thurs: back,traps, biceps
fri: shoulders, abs
sat: off
sun: off
*i was thinking witht eh cutting diet this 4 day, 3 day off routine would allow me to rest and preserve more muscle, or does it not matter, what do u uthink?

if you continue to increase poundages and/or notice increases in muscular size, than don't mess with something that works. if you progression stops, then switch it

I think that for most people, five months is probably too long on the same routine. I agree with sysopt, if you're still making gains, don't mess with it. But my guess is that you're not by now. I think a change will do you good.
