Routine for power lifting?

So for right now I want to do some heavy lifting until I get to a strength I feel is strong. What is a good routine for 3 days on 1 day off? Right now I mix upper and lower body and it isnt working out too well.
 
Monday
Squat

Wednesday

Bench Press

Friday
Deadlift

Assistance work for each lift added in as required (Good Mornings, Leg Press etc on Monday; CGBP, Incline, Board Pressing, Dips, etc on Wednesday; Rows, Chins, Shrugs etc on Friday)

But really the point I'm trying to make here is that if you want to get strong at the 3 lifts, then focus on the 3 lifts. As said above, 3 days on, 1 day off is far too much frequency and you will burn out your CNS probably before week 1 is finished.

Squats
Bench
Barbell row( back parallel to ground)
Workout B:
Squats
OHP
Deadlifts
