Friday
Deadlift
Assistance work for each lift added in as required (Good Mornings, Leg Press etc on Monday; CGBP, Incline, Board Pressing, Dips, etc on Wednesday; Rows, Chins, Shrugs etc on Friday)
But really the point I'm trying to make here is that if you want to get strong at the 3 lifts, then focus on the 3 lifts. As said above, 3 days on, 1 day off is far too much frequency and you will burn out your CNS probably before week 1 is finished.
