We are at the point we dont really call them injuries. Just a normal way of life. The greatest athletes in the world are always combatting something.

And I never stated otherwise. Of course we all try to avoid it. What I'm saying is that if you play it safe and never get injured you're not pushing hard enough. You will never be the best athlete in the world until you can accept that fact. All the top athletes in the world have all been injured on their way to the top.

@RoidRage69 Not a bad workout at all. I'm sure that most people will never see 500 lbs on the deadlifts in their life and you're doing it no problem for five reps. That's amazing.

Hitting all my numbers so it's going good. I am worried about next week for when I am scheduled to hit this.:

My plan for both of us is to increase cals and go into surplus so we can not the numbers. Then we can go back into deficit. We also just started creatine loading the other day.

We will see what happens when the deca and NPP start building up in the system. Have had 300 deca and 150 NPP so far since Saturday. Trying to front lid it hard to get in fast. Will be settling at about 600mg per week between the two after 2'weeks.

That doesn't do anything to change my beliefs. I refuse to be a part of a forum that allows some members to bypass rules and be allowed to bash me with multiple aliases on that board. He is unhinged and anyone who believes he deserves a third chance doesn't belong a moderator IMO.
 
Getting excited. Tomorrow the wife and I go back and train with the powerlifting team we started with years ago. The wife is so close to breaking the world record that we need to give her every opportunity available to do so. This will definitely light a fire under us and allow to train on the proper equipment that we will compete on.

i wasn't aware of 3rd chances and pretty sure he was warned to cut it out
