Hitting all my numbers so it's going good. I am worried about next week for when I am scheduled to hit this.:

Squat 455x5x5
Bench 335x5x5
Deadlift 605x5x5

These are my wifes numbers for next week

S 285x5x5
B 185x5x5
D 335x5x5

My plan for both of us is to increase cals and go into surplus so we can not the numbers. Then we can go back into deficit. We also just started creatine loading the other day.

5 weeks out right now. After next week we start tapering sets and reps until we hit 105-110% 1RM for singles.
3x3 then 2x2 and then singles or doubles depending on how things are moving. Going to cut out a bunch of accessories in two weeks.

My wife is on track to break the WR in the squat and total.
