First of all I would like to thank PuritySourceLabs and most notably @~Vision~ for his continued full backing of all my needs to make this dream of mine possible. I would also like to thank EVO for this great positive community for all of us to learn and cheer each other on doing what what love doing the most.

This goal of this cut is to get myself down as close to 10% BF as possible. I have to have a six pack by the end of this cut. Anything less is a failure IMO. I will do what it takes and have already implemented a drastic cut in sugar in my diet. Rice and fruit will be the main source of carbs. Will be doing lots of carb cycling to take advantage of windows around training. Low carbs on non lifting days and fasted cardio on non training days. Cals are goin to be in the 2000 range + or - 500 depending on if its a lifting day, cardio day, or rest day. I am also using semaglutide in this cut as I feel its the fastest way to lose fat. I will be using Tren Ace the first 8 weeks of the cycle and then switch over to anadrol the final 4 weeks. I am doing this as I feel its greatly needed in order to stop the loss of muscle while in 1500 cal deficit and using semaglutide. I figured this out on my last run of semaglutide when I was using low androgens. I will be using TNE and NPP the entire cycle. I feel the faster esters are much stronger and gives me much more strength in the gym where all the magic happens. I also have Aromasin at 10mg daily and that may go up to 20mg if needed. I also have started back on 2IU GH before every gym session either lifting or cardio. Will be taking weekends off allowing my insulin sensitivity to increase. On days we lift on a Saturday that will be an extra day of use.

I train 2 on 2 off with a rotating schedule of every other weekend off and every other weekend we lift on Saturday. I would say I lift with extreme poundages. I normally do RDL/SLDL with 500lbs for sets of 5+. I workout with my lovely wife/training partner @RoidRageWife. She is a national level powerlifter who no longer competes due to neck issues but is still strong AF. We both do the same thing with the same style high intensity training. I will be updating this log daily with workouts and occasional photos/video of lifting and food pics.

I usually don't post daily food intake but from time to time I might give examples. Food consists of Steak, Chicken Breast, Salmon, Canned Tuna, Whey protein shakes, Fairlife Protein Drink, 2% Lactose Free Milk, Whole Eggs, Catalina Crunch which is high in Pea Protein and fiber, Pineapple, White Rice, Asparagus, Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Cucumber. I also take 15 grams glutamine on empty stomach after every workout. I've had great success speeding up recovery doing so over the years. Noticeable difference when not using it.

Cycle Length will be 12 Weeks
Actually started last week but I am not counting it as I only had 500mg Test E and 400mg NPP as I was waiting on my other stuff to arrive. Here is the cycle. The only thing that changes during the cycle is I swap out Tren Ace for Anadrol the final 4 weeks.

Morning Fasted Cardio
StairMaster 20min
Treadmill 65min

Kept my HR at 140 entire time once I was done with the stairmaster. Was a little too high as I smelled ammonia. Will dial it back a little bit and keep closer to 130. Did the max 15 incline and speed of 2.8 the entire session. Did lots of backward walking to hammer the quads. My knees are way better than last year from doing this. Haven't had a cortizone shot in over 18 months. Took my 2nd shot of 37.5mg Tren Ace and 50mg of TNE today in the opposite pec this time. Definite PIP but I expected that with the compounds but its very manageble. PIP is just part of the game. No biggie. Looking forward to daily shots as I feel this will give me the best chance to keep my hard earned muscle in this cut. Will be posting up another log here in about an hour. I'd focus less on a 30lb loss and just on tightening the gut (and I say that when I could do with being tighter myself)
The gut will shrink by losing 30 lbs of fat. I have a lot of visceral fat.

A quick question to all you injection site pros out there. As far as injecting in my tricep would you say the best place to go would to be on the mole in my side pose in the first post of this thread? I was thinking that the mole is the perfect spot right in the center of the head.

Had a great day today. Hit several major PR's. Hack Squat and RDL I maxed out the hoist machine with 6 plates per side. 540lbs baby!!! My grip held me back on the final set of RDL. Probably could have got another 3. I guess we'll need the use straps next time. Have a good weekend everyone!!!
 
This cycle is gonna be amazing.
It's already amazing. That TNE is some strong shit. Yesterday I made a mistake of forgetting to take my aromasin after my daily shot. 90 min later my nipples were burning. Will never make that mistake again. 😂

The strength increase so far is damn good. I imagine next week things will get interesting as the NPP and Tren should start to kick in a little.

Had a decent workout today. Keeping diet clean no sugar. Just eating burger, rice, and veggies 3-4 times a day. Not tired of it yet. Tried Incline DB presses today. The hardest part is getting them into position. Didn't have any protective gear. No belt, wrist wraps, or elbow sleeves. Decided to just increase each set until I felt I was done. Probably could have gone up another 5-10 lbs but today was the first day doing db incline in a while so didn't want to tweak something. Next week I can go for the 125's. I think if I had lifting belt, wrist wraps, and elbow sleeves that would add about 15 lbs per side. Ok everyone have a great week of lifting. Lets get huge!!!

Yes it's pretty remarkable considering my low doses. I kind of planned it that way though. I chose compounds that are mg per mg the top of the list. TNE is by far way stronger than any other form of test I have ever taken. The Tren Ace is the real winner though. It's obviously doing its job keeping my body in furnace mode. I think the synergies with the three compounds is remarkable. They just fit perfectly.

That's why I always speak about finding compounds that compliment each other and give u a synergistic effect to boost the effectiveness of each compound and the enitre cycle overall, big picture view is how I see it, long term results. I agree low mg is the way imo, diet nailed everything else will take care of itself.

The cravings are almost completely gone now. The semaglutide really helps in that aspect. I also think that eating low fat hi protein with rice really fills me up. I am addicted to white rice now. It tastes so good to just fry up burger and turkey burger and mixing in white rice and Braggs Liquid Amino's. It's my go to favorite right now. So simple to make and measure.

What can I take before fasted cardio tk prevent muscle loss? I put 5 grams BCAA in my water bottle that I drink during cardio. Do I need to up that? Also smelling ammonia really bad while doing cardio.

You have given me good advice, let me try to do the same for you. I make a giant Drink Mix for -Pre-Intra-Post Workout. The main supplements I use specifically for holding onto the muscle while shredding would be EAA's (better than BCAA cause it has the Full list of Amino Acids including bca's), L-Glutamine, Taurine.
If you go ahead and look up L-Glutamine and Taurine , youll see that they are known for its ability to help retain muscle and minimize muscle loss. Definitely has helped me, been in a deficit for the past 4 months. Other than those specific ingredients for holding on muscle, I also put in Creatine, Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, L-tyrosine, and Electrolytes for recovery purposes.

Did you bother to look at the time I posted this? It was my first meal of the day. What makes you think I am eating one meal a day? I am eating 4-5 meals per day. I just happened to take a photo and post it when I was eating my meal. 2000 cals per day on average.
 
there are so many different types of mushrooms it blows my mind and they have so much health benefits that other things don't have
They are so good for fighting cancer and really good for you gut.

Had a nice heavy lower volume training day today. Had my elbow sleeves on once I started my working sets on Shoulder Press. Also used my wrist wraps on close grip bench as well as my lifting belt. I only used the belt on the 2 heavy sets of 315. Felt good to double my PR rep count of 2 to 4 this week. The thing that impresses me the most is the PR I broke today was after trashing my delts. Last time we did close grip it was the first exercise of the workout. I cant wait to hit sets of 8-10 on close grip with 315. If I can do that I am well on my way to maxing out at 400. All I need to do is hit 335 for a 5x5 and within a 8 weeks I should be able to peak with 400. I wont do it though. I have other goals right now. I want to get lean enough so I can feel comfortable using insulin in my next bulking cycle with IGF-1. There is no other option. I will do whatever it takes to get down to a lean enough level. My diet is on point and is the best its ever been in my life. Fat is stripping away and I am the same weight as when I started this cycle. Its going to be a hell of a ride!!!

315lb close grip bench is very strong numbers.

Had an incredible leg workout today. Doubled my rep count on my highest weights on both the Hack squat and the RDL from 5 to 10 reps at 540lbs. Everything is on point. Diet is so incredibly locked in I cant believe it. Eating close to 300 grams protein and 175-200 grams carbs on lifting days and 300 grams protein and about 125 grams carbs on non lifting days. Fats around 50 grams. The PED stack is absolutely phenomenal. I knew that I picked the correct compounds for my goals. Lost another notch on my weight belt down to the last notch. Will have to bust out my older belt I haven't worn in over 20 years soon. Ok everyone have a wonderful weekend and get huge, shredded, and strong with me!!!

Will be pounding down the protein shakes in order to keep protein at 300 grams per day. Ok everyone have a lovely day and bust out some bigtime training sessions!!!

Can really feel the effects of the increased Semaglutide dose which started on Monday. Carbs are fully depleted. Feel like I am near ketosis. Only had about 100 grams of carbs yesterday. Fasted blood sugar this morning was 92. Before I started Semaglutide they were in the 115 area. Its doing exactly as advertised. Now that my body is responding fully to the drug I will be lowering my volume on working sets. Will be doing 2 working sets per exercise max. Don't want to risk tearing muscle. My tendons and ligaments are very strong and healthy so will continue heavy weights. Will also continue 300 grams protein per day. No longer doing fasted cardio. Having protein shakes and or greek yogurt at 4 am every morning that I wake up to pee. Body needs the protein with semaglutide doing its thing.

Just now decided I am adding in a fairlife protein drink between every meal. This way I will have constant protein every 2 hours from the time I wake until I go to bed.
