Feels good to be losing weight so fast. Also eating pretty good right now. Leftover King Salmon, Protein Shake, and Greek Salad.

I go up and down depending on what meals I select for the day I average around 230-290g of protein I feel between that range is great and anything over that is just overkill.

Had a decent day today. Definitely extremely carb depleted atm. Machine Flys felt strong at 250 so went up 15 lbs for a PR and got out 12 and 10 reps with good stretch. Dips felt pretty decent. No shoulder pain which I will take on any day!!! Got out 2 more reps on overhead DB tricep ext with my max weight today which was surprising. I figured that the dips would have pre exhausted my tris so bad but I had the strength to keep going. All in all a good workout. Felt big and swole. Can't wait to get Tren and Test No Ester on board next week. Really looking forward to daily shorts of the short acting test will be taking 1.5 hours before hitting the gym. Tren should really help as well. Only eating about 1750-2000 cals per day. Today will be a larger cal day as going out to dinner with father. Sat is always a big meal day for me. I should have about 2500-3000 cals for the day. Most of it for my dinner meal. Had two greek yogurts for brekky and just finished 10 oz chicken breast and 1 cup long grain rice. My next meal will be lamb chops, greek rice, pita bread, tziki sauce, and Greek salad. Not sure how much I will be able to down as the semaglutide really limits the amount of food you can put in your stomach before it says no more. Okj everyone have a nice weekend and get big and shredded with me!!!

1000% agree that is my enitre outlook as well, I think the sport it just people who use in general if they took that approach, way less people would die or get hurt ad a result of abuse.

I forgot today. I did have 10 grams BCAA while working out and 15 grams glutamine after though.

It does and from experience it fucking sucks lol hungry all the time miserable pounding water just to take the hunger away lol, it's a completely different beast you are fighting when u get into that stage of the game, atleast for me it was till I got used to it.

Had a very intense cardio session today. Did intervals on StairMaster and then did multiple different times of backward walking on treadmill at 15’ incline. About 1/4 of time on treadmill was backwards walking. Legs were pumped. Shirt had a couple pounds of sweat when I was done.

With the different types of carbohydrates in there they are all at a different type of glycemic scale so they are going to hit at different times and the muscle pumps are fucking phenomenal, you can't even describe it

Kept my HR at 140 entire time once I was done with the stairmaster. Was a little too high as I smelled ammonia. Will dial it back a little bit and keep closer to 130. Did the max 15 incline and speed of 2.8 the entire session. Did lots of backward walking to hammer the quads. My knees are way better than last year from doing this. Haven't had a cortizone shot in over 18 months. Took my 2nd shot of 37.5mg Tren Ace and 50mg of TNE today in the opposite pec this time. Definite PIP but I expected that with the compounds but its very manageble. PIP is just part of the game. No biggie. Looking forward to daily shots as I feel this will give me the best chance to keep my hard earned muscle in this cut. Will be posting up another log here in about an hour. Thanks you all for watching this log. Lets continue with great success this summer!!!

I’m doing what it takes to get there. Cleaning up the diet. Making sure I get good quality with no wasted cals. Pretty much 75 grams protein, 20-50 grams carbs and 10-20 grams fat per meal.

Nothing wrong with backing off and going lite I do it alot sometimes u just got to chase the pump feel good and look good.

Had a decent session today. Went up 10 lbs on close grip for sets of 5. Last week was sets of 6 with 295 so 305 for sets of 5 today is pretty good. Hoping to get out sets of 6 next week with 305 and then decide where to go from there. I kind of like the 5-6 rep range for my big 3 lifts. Anything higher starts to feel like cardio. LOL. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and lets get Strong AF!!!

No pain today walking around. Almost as if its completely healed up. I am willing to bet the increased TRT from 150mg to 250mg is a huge difference in the speed in which it went away. Ok so today was a lot of various types of bench. Going to stay this way on chest day from now on. No more chest movements, just benching movements. Might do incline bench on the 4th lifting day of the week when we do arms and delts. That most likely will change as well and might do lat pulldowns on that day and avoid lats on deadlift day altogether. Might just do deadlifts, rows, and shrugs on back day and the extra day is for whatever else needs to be done to finish the week. More or less converting to a powerlifting program. No wasted sets or exercises from now on. Everything has a purpose for strength. I will also most likely go sports TRT and add in 150mg NPP to my 250mg Test Cyp during my recovery phase. I can finally start feeling the effects of the heavy lifting and being off NPP now. I dont like it and will do what it takes to make it go away. The next 16 weeks are critical and I must hit my goals of 650 Deadlift, 375 bench, 550 squat on the first powerlifting meet. Ideally I want to hit 675, 400, and 575 but will play it by ear. 673 lbs deadlift was ranked #2 in the world last year in my age and weight class btw. In the 220 class 661lbs was #1 in the world so I hope to see if I can make weight at 220. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get strong AF!!!
