Eating is hard to do. Making sure I get as much protein down as possible. Aiming for 200+ per day. Started making homemade healthy ice cream with my Ninja Creami. Thank you PrinceDaddy for bringing this to my attention!!! Using 1% milk with protein powder and whole eggs and MCT oil. Stomache is shrinking fast. Face is leaner. Everything is leaner. I am steady on weight. Was expecting to put on a fast 5 lbs just with inflamation due to re-introducing EQ and higher test/masteron than I am used to using vs the 150mg TRT. Might increase the dosages once I get some aromasin in the mail. I have a 16 week cycle so its not critical to go heavy the first couple weeks. Overall I am happy with how its going. Strength is up hunger is way down. Looking forward to doing deadlifts on Monday. Switched the chest workout order so I have a full 3 days of rest from upper body til deadlifting. Should be fine for the shoulder. Today was only 5 days between last chest/tris workout so pretty pleased how it felt considering didnt get a full week in between.

Thinking about stoping the sarms altogether and bumping my masteron to the same mg amount as my test and eq. 300mg of each. Think it would be less stress on my body and get better results. The extra 100mg of mast should also help with A.I. since I don't use any as I believe they hinder gains.

I am talking about stoping the sarms would be less stress on the body. Bumping the masteron from 200 to 300 and ending the LGD and S23 should be less stressful as the orals are out of the situation. Less stress on the liver. Anyway its done. Most likely going to raise the masteron to 500 in a couple weeks and stop proviron and start taking a tiny dose of aromasin. I actually dont think I will even need to use it once I bump the Masteron. RHR is already coming down and weight is peeling off even faster now. Damn near went below the magical 250lbs this morning.

Oh yes I have thought about it. That is why I am doing this cut. Too see what I look like under all this fat. I think I have a good solid base to work with. I just am not sure about my hernia. Insurance wont cover it as they say it is a cosmetic thing. Its one of those hernia in between the ab muscle the white part is stretched. After I lose more weight we will see how it looks. I truly believe I could be on stage at 250lbs shredded in 24 months. My muscle really grows just by looking at bottles of test.

Everyday I look in the mirror and I am shocked at the changes I see on a daily basis. My mind is blown from the near 45lb weight loss since July 12.

Today I hit a major milestone. Below 250lbs. Everyday I look in the mirror I see fat melting away. My stomach is considerably smaller and getting tighter every single. I look forward to getting down to the 220's by summer time. Hopefully down to 220 by the time I start my bulk in Oct. Going to be a wild ride thats for sure. I cant wait for the rebound when I start a real cycle with calories. This 1500 cals per day is getting old. LOL.

Looking to change up the training completely starting on Monday. Going to focus on Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts for a couple months. Will add in an arm day to break it up and give shoulder rest between the three main lifts. Squats put tremendous strain on the delts. Even more so than bench. Will be changing things on the fly. That's the way I roll. Looking to do 5x5 on the three lifts. Might not do regular bench though. All depends on how angry the shoulder gets. Might do DB incline and decline hammer instead. Not sure. Going to go light on dead's and squats. Will increase slowly each week and keep at 5x5. Will do heavy BB rows directly after deadlifts. Hoping to go 315 for 5 or more reps per set. Might take a few weeks but I will get there. Squating will probably start at 405 and go up from there each week. Depending on how strong I am might do pause squats with that at some point.

Ideally I would want to go indefinitely on the squat and deadlift. I just looked up the IPL World Records for my age and weight class. I am not sure how they use bars like in Raw Full Power vs Classic Raw. I do know that Classic Raw uses knee wraps while Raw Full Power uses knee sleeves. I wondering about the bars on deadlift. I assume the Classic Raw probably uses a deadlift bar so it is flimsy and you can get 6 inches of ROM before the weight leaves the ground vs a stiff bar. I see the difference in deadlift records are much more with the Classic Raw vs Raw Full Power. Either way I think I am capable of hitting a 1800 total with Knee Sleeves and a stiff bar in a couple years as long as I can stay healthy. Might be able to do 1900 with knee wraps and a deadlift bar.

Is it just me or does EQ give you a anxious feeling. Like restless leg syndrome. I have been on it for a week now and I just dont think I can use it anymore. If I wasn't dieting and in such a cal deficit I bet it wouldnt be so bad, but man it sucks. Since I am already taking proviron I am thinking about switching out to NPP as I have a bunch of that. So my stack would be 300 test, 300 mast ,and how much NPP would be ok? 300mg be ok?

Why does taking equipoise cause anxiety?​

Well today is the big day. Deadlifting is gonna happen. I am a little nervous and excited at the same time. Going to need to make sure and feed the body well so I can recover. Trying to shoot for 300 grams protein per day now. Drinking half my protein macros for the day. Force feeding.

Training will change on the fly each week depending on how the shoulder feels. Tomorrow will be most likely much lighter weights for chest focusing on slow reps to put tension on muscle while keeping strain off shoulder. Thursday will be arms and then Friday will be squats. I think the way I am going about this will allow for my wife and myself to get the squatting and deadlifting as a priority over the next few months. I feel this will greatly increase our muscle mass and strength. Those are the two best lifts you can do in order to tax the entire system and grow. I wouldn't per surprised to see the weight creep back up for the first couple weeks while starting this program as I will be eating more protein as well. It should be temporary as the bloat/inflamation from the NPP should only be temp while being introduced. Any water weight gain will definitely help in the recovery rate so I am not concerned at all. Still looking for sub 230 in the next 4-5 months.

Only got 4 hr 12min sleep, but of that 1hr 5min was deep sleep so that is good. I never get more than 4.5 hours sleep per night.

Today I am also switching over to NPP at 200mg/week divided into 3 equal shots per week and ending the EQ. I just think EQ is not for me. So the current PED usage will look like this going forward.

My lifting belt is on the last notch and it is loose. I need a new belt.

Might want to talk to mobster about a belt he recommends
Already have a good belt I started training with in the mid 90’s when I started my first cycles. Need to loose another inch before trying it out again after 25 years in the closet.
 
That is the one wildcard with EQ for some it can create anxiety and it can just be hard handling it, I know that is the one concern I have with it as well is it gonna do that when I utilize it, glad you switched it out for a different compound, sometimes you got a choice is the sides worth it and do I want to go through them, or do I switch compounds and have a better experience, I prefer minimal sides and a hassle free cycle, I would switch out as well if that happened with me, I think you made the right call brother.

Took today off the gym. Was going to be cardio, but I want to keep my knees and ankles healthy for squats on Friday and I can use a day off here and there. Will do cardio tomorrow morning. Weight was 251.3 today.

Think it was too much MCT oil in my coffee with protein powder. I am fine now.

Hoping to be at 500 by months end on 5x5, 545 by April 1st and 585 for 5x5 sometime in early June towards end of cycle. Might just have to add Anavar the final 4 weeks of the cycle to see if I can hit those numbers as long as the shoulder is healthy. If I can hit 585 for a 5x5 I am well on the road to a world record deadlift for my age group and weight class.

This NPP I am taking is absolutely frigging amazing. I can't believe how good my shoulder feels since starting it last Monday. Only taking 100mg 3x week. With hands down it is my favorite steroid now. It has a purpose.

This NPP I am taking is absolutely frigging amazing. I can't believe how good my shoulder feels since starting it last Monday. Only taking 100mg 3x week. With hands down it is my favorite steroid now. It has a purpose.
@RoidRage69 you a real VET! 585 is in your future I can see you doing it.
but with NPP why don't you 150mgs 2x it has enough half life for 2 shots/week imo
