yup, i am your case study...i'm currently on 10 grams creatine and 10 grams glutamine (post workout, taken with any particular fruit juice or simple sugar drink...just so long as i get >60 grams of simple sugar for an adequate insulin spike). i'm 8 weeks post cycle (test 500/week w/2 weeks front loading at 750), and my strength hasn't gone down, although i've lost about 8 pounds (of my 23) that i attribute to water.
i'm thinking of adding ip anavar at 40 mg a day too, but i haven't gotten a response yet on my other thread, so i don't know yet whether it's worth it or not.
all in all, creatine is a must post cycle IMO. during most cycles, your muscles holding a lot of water, and if you don't keep it up post cycle, at least for some time with creatine, i think you'll exacerbate post cycle losses.
