Reheating fish

[FONT=&quot]Hey at the moment im consuming a lot of fresh Cod, i normally cook it in a pan with a little oil. When it comes to reheating cod do i really need to reheat it? as at the moment im eating it cold, and ive been fine with it so far, but i wouldnt mind if it was a little warmer as to say..[/FONT]

food borne illnesses are common with fish. you want to eat it as quickly as possible after cooking it, i would leave it in the fridge longer than a day or two max

i personally only cook what i plan to eat and the rest goes to my cat or into the garden as fertilizer

Best to eat it as fast as possible. Make sure you dont keep it too long.

If you're doing a meal prep you will have to reheat and I do it all the time.
