Refeed(Carb Up)? Or Not?- Take A Look At My Diet...

Guys, do you think I should have a Refeed(Carb Up) day with this diet?? Take a look...

Training Days

240lbs x 1.25 grams of Protein...300 grams
240lbs x 1 gram of Carbs............240 grams
240lbs x .3 gram of Fat...............72 grams

Off Days

240lbs x 1.25 grams of Protein...300 grams
240lbs x .5 gram of Carbs...........120 grams
240lbs x .3 gram of Fat................72 grams

I'm 270lbs and 20% bodyfat right now and 240lbs 10% bodyfat is my medium goal weight before I start using other methods like Carb Cycling, etc... to get me near my "ultimate" goal of 7-8% bodyfat. Do you think I should add a light Refeed day on Sunday???

I no longer try to lose weight like that. I find that anything but CKD or any keto, kills way too much muscle, unless your juicing.
I do not think you need a reefeed. Those carbs seem to be high enough.

At 20% bodyfat I wouldn't think a refeed is necessary. Have you been eating below maintenance for a long time? Do you feel lethargic or drained of energy? Are you hungry all the time? These are signs that plasma leptin may be low, in which case a refeed would be necessary.

Personally, I would stay away from refeeds unless you're running a strict keto or unless you've been dieting for an extremely long time. Refeeds become more and more important as bodyfat drops...
