I recently had my bodyfat measured again using calipers. It was 14% which I was very pleased with. However, my triceps are much fatter than the rest of my upper body. They were 14% versus 7-9% in my stomach and back. My legs were 17% which is expected as women generally carry more fat in their lower body. Are there specific exercises that I should be doing to help reduce the fat on my triceps?
