Lookin good, IMO. You can still see the base muscle, good shape. For me it would take a lifetime to get in contest condition. I'm sure, for you, it won't be that difficult.

Diet - I am absolutely ravenous when I get home from work ... cannot figure out if it's emotional or b/c Im just plain hungry... so I am adding another meal and actually had time to make breakfast this morning .. feel full right now, I like feeling 'full' ... see how this works today, last few days have been miserable actually, they will be better... 10 to 11 x bodyweight range = ~1700-1900 cals 40/30/30

I am most definitely alot larger than I need to be right now regardless of how I got here... I do not like it and have not been able to fix myself to get back to where I need to be.

Buns don’t be to hard on yourself there is a lot going on in your life sometimes you can’t always give 110% you give what you can make it an honest effort and let things fall as they may.

The starting point you are at is not as bad as you think you can get where you need to be. Take the battle one day at a time. :rose:

I second superqt--and I am sure that I am not the only one thinking " I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT SHE MEANS". You know my story, B. Trying to get back to that "ideal"..sigh.."the way I was".. seems like it is a common battle...You need to look back at how fabulous you were and recognize that that person was all a creation of you- your hard work and drive alone..You did that.And if you were at that point once, you can be there again. Let that inspire you instead of getting you down..This is just a down"day" or thought. We all have them. Day by day and pretty soon all those days add up and you are where you want to be. If anyone can do it,you can. Not to be corny or stupid or whatever, but after reading and talking to you (email), you have personally become my inspiration and you know that. So use it and all your positive support. I only wish,being in CT, that I could see you in your show. Please post pics.I am somewhat new to the whole board and how to find your posted pics and where kind of confuses me now..sure I will get it. I am looking in on you and rooting for you always!!!
