Felt good today but I only got 7, 6 and 6 reps of wide pullups. Been getting 8-10. I did workout right after teaching bootcamp but I was bummed. Made up for it on the close-grip pulldowns putting the pin at 100 on the third set and getting 10 reps. Did some bentover barbell rows, and some light but strict deadlifts and called it a day.
I am eating to gain the first 45 days so I am up in weight (132lbs) and feel bloated. Hopefully the muscle I add will pay off in the end.
