RAW EGGS? This will help you eat them..

i heard it's hazardous to eat too much yolks is this true?how many yolks can you eat per week without being potentially dangerous to your health??

I dunno about others , but I generally scramble my eggs in milk , cheese and some parsley (mild diuretic) and in coconut oil. Coconut oil contains lauric acid which is probably anti microbial edible substance there is. So I would agree that salmonella inside of eggs is probably not a concern, salmonella contamination on spinach has killed several people due to raising pigs on the same general area as crops. This lead to the spinach recalls earlier this year. There are some 2500 different types of salmonella, so I just want to make it clear that salmonella contamination can and does make people sick

Infact some of the spinach that was recalled was grown at an organic farm in California. So even if you should at a whole foods grocery , you're still not guaranteed safe foods. I would use organic washes which are designed to remove organic pesticides and bacteria from food where applicable

Raw eggs always tasted a little bitter to me. Today I added a splash of skim milk in my cup of 3 yolks/3 whites and mixed it up. The bitter taste was completely gone and it actually tasted like milk. By the way, I choose to eat them raw instead of cooking them because it is faster.

Does anyone else eat raw eggs? How many per day?

This is exactly what i do!!! i never do more that 3 yolks tho.
If you want to try it but you are scared ill give you 2 tips
1 Dont look at the eggs in the cup while you are drinking and skull it all at once.
2. after you finish take the next 3 breaths through your mouth and not your nose as this will eleminate some of that eggy taste.
