It's true that everyone's body is different. Some need more fats and proteins to stay healthy and functioning well but others need more carbs and less fats/protiens in their diet. i knew one man that was healthiest when he ate alot of fats..(more than usual for a normal diet)....So how can i find out what i am...I really dont want to experiement and gain 10 lbs b/c ive been doing it all wrong... my diet is mostly 40/30/30... most days ...how do i know if i need more fats and proteins in my diet rather than carbs....maybe it should be 20/40/40 or 30/30/40
