Because the methods used were INSIPID, and very difficult to prove.
Irrelevant. No one stepped forward. If they had indeed been "violated," they would have pointed that out.

Tell me why minority voting districts had shitty voting equipment?
Tell me why the Democrats in charge of those districts didn't do anything about it.

Tell me why Governor Bush and Katherine Harris refused to offer voter education?
They did. It's called: "read the fucking instructions."
RyanH said:
Because they wanted to make it as hard as possible for minorities to be able to vote.
Let's completely ignore the fact that Bush and Harris had nothing to do with the voting process.

They knew they couldn't win the election fair and square.....
I assume giving cigarettes to the homeless and giving rides to convicted felons is fair and square, then?

My friend had baggy jeans on, but so what? Country Club Betty had a huge handbag? The type of clothing one wears tells you nothing about a person...
Odd that you're older and are so uneducated in things like this. I take it if you ever become a judge, you'll have no problems with lawyers practicing in your courtroom in baggy jeans? A man's clothes can tell a great deal about him. You'll learn that eventually.

Looks are very deceiving.......So your argument is senseless....
Are you then saying that whites are more likely to shoplift than blacks, and thus, the sales person was being racist by keeping an eye on your friend when in fact he should have been keeping his eye on the nasty white people?
I'm not saying that your friend and/or any black/minority is a criminal. I'm saying that just like that sales person can't conclude that your friend is a potential shoplifter just because he's black,
YOU can't conclude that he was being racially prejudiced by watching your friend.
Let's see you weasel your way out of that one.
