Please explain why NOT A SINGLE VOTER, BLACK OR OTHERWISE, came forth and swore under oath that he or she was denied the right to vote in Florida.

Because the methods used were INSIPID, and very difficult to prove. Tell me why minority voting districts had shitty voting equipment? Tell me why Governor Bush and Katherine Harris refused to offer voter education? Because they wanted to make it as hard as possible for minorities to be able to vote. They knew they couldn't win the election fair and square.....

KAYNE: I will no longer respond to your posts....you've proven your vast ignorance......not because of your views but because of the way you present them...

You deserve an honorary degree in "how to be inept."

Ryan, I'll fully admit that there are cases where police officers behaved like criminals themselves. I'm still not certain what happened in the Diallo case, it does seem suspicious...

As for affirmative action...........we haven't enslaved blacks in 200 years, nobody beats them down in the street, in fact, it's quite the opposite and YOU KNOW IT!!! So I see no reason in coddling them any longer. They have EVERY advantage in the world now, and if they don't take advantage of it, that's their problem.

Blacks were beaten down in the streets just thirty years ago.

I'm sure that Diallo deserved to be shot 43 times....Come on, where is your common sense on this issue.......

please post proof of these stories you tell that your beloved liberal media would have jumped all over had they heard it.

The secret is out. Jews and other Whites are all against the black men. Oh yeah, Beethoven was black, so was Moses, Jesus, Einstein and Arnold.

They Jewish-White media just paints them peach to keep the black men down.

RYANH

THAT WAS THE POINT (FOR YOU TO STOP RESPONDING). THIS SHIT IS OLD. AND MY FRIEND REALLY IS HERE AND IS WONDERING IF YOU HAVE A SISTER!!!

Irrelevant. No one stepped forward. If they had indeed been "violated," they would have pointed that out.

Tell me why the Democrats in charge of those districts didn't do anything about it.

They did. It's called: "read the fucking instructions."

RyanH said:

Let's completely ignore the fact that Bush and Harris had nothing to do with the voting process.

I assume giving cigarettes to the homeless and giving rides to convicted felons is fair and square, then?

My friend had baggy jeans on, but so what? Country Club Betty had a huge handbag? The type of clothing one wears tells you nothing about a person...

Odd that you're older and are so uneducated in things like this. I take it if you ever become a judge, you'll have no problems with lawyers practicing in your courtroom in baggy jeans? A man's clothes can tell a great deal about him. You'll learn that eventually.

RyanH said:
Looks are very deceiving.......So your argument is senseless....

Are you then saying that whites are more likely to shoplift than blacks, and thus, the sales person was being racist by keeping an eye on your friend when in fact he should have been keeping his eye on the nasty white people?

I'm not saying that your friend and/or any black/minority is a criminal. I'm saying that just like that sales person can't conclude that your friend is a potential shoplifter just because he's black, YOU can't conclude that he was being racially prejudiced by watching your friend.

Let's see you weasel your way out of that one.

You are dead wrong, the Secretary of State's office oversees the election process. She could have set aside funds for voter education but did not. You cannot leave it to the political parties to offer voter education....Government too, has a role...

Clothing: Of course, a dress code can be important. But, that doesn't mean you can judge a person based on what he or she is wearing. Look at the most notorious serial killers, they were well-dressed white men...

Nice Try, Warik!

No, I'm not dead wrong. Harris didn't pick the voting machines or the damn ballots. You can't call this some evil Republican conspiracy.

What the hell is "voter education" anyway? Is this some 6-week course the Democrats are preparing to teach people in Palm Beach how to push a stylus through a hole (after reading the name adjacent to the hole, of course... they have certainly mastered the first part... now for the second)? How much taxpayer (i.e. MINE AND YOURS) money would this waste? Is it really THAT difficult to read a sheet of instructions? If someone can't read a sheet of instructions, what is he or she doing standing around casting, or rather, TRYING to cast a vote for the President of the United States?

You can't judge a person based on what he or she is wearing, but you can make relatively educated assumptions that may benefit you. For example, you're walking through the bad part of town late at night (assumption: you are an idiot... but that's not my point). Let's say you see a group of raggedy dressed "thug-like" characters speaking incoherently. Do you a) continue on your merry way like nothing is wrong, or do you b) think to yourself: "Gee, those look like bad dudes, let me cross the street or duck into this little store for a few minutes."

Who do you think is more likely to shoplift, a guy in a suit or a guy dressed like he's ready to star in a rap music video? The latter, but of course, that doesn't mean that the former won't do it as well. See, RyanH, this is the point of statistics. You look at the statistics and you make assumptions based on those statistics. The sales person had a rough idea of the shoplifting statistics and acted accordingly. That doesn't make him a racist.

Ryan -

I like you and if given the opportunity, I'd like you to rape me. But, I digress ....

Take off that hair shirt you've been wearing. You've got to lighten up a bit. I think you over-reacted.

Now, let's chat about that rape fantasy of mine. :D
