Incorrect.
Someone did this big ass research on r-ala a few months ago on this board and posted the results. The MORE r-ala, the LESS effective (% wise) the additional r-ala become. A decreasing slide. The end result was that the BEST method that worked was 2-3 r-ala pills MAX. Regardless of what you're eating. After 3, it's effects were minimal if any.

400mg/100g carbs gives the best cost effective results. 600mg/100g carbs gives you an added 6-8% effectiveness over the 400mg dose.
800mg/100g carbs gives you an added 11% over the 400mg dose.
So, you're the one thats incorrect.
