I'm self-diagnosing myself with a definite tear of the long head of my left triceps brachii. I thought I was just really sore from my workout Tuesday, but then my right triceps stopped being sore and I noticed a big bruise on the medial superior portion of my left arm..
It's not a serious tear by any means. I've had no trouble at work, and I did shoulders this afternoon without a problem. It seems so soon, but should I take time off to let it heal? I hit triceps directly Tuesday and Saturday, and for the sake of my chest I'd rather not take time off.
I have no experience with this sort problem, is there any sort of rehab-y things I should be doing? I just finished a week off and I'm not looking forward to taking more time.
