First off. Congrats!!!

Two things are essential here: "forced penetration" and "tearing"

Notice that this passage refers to sphincter damage, NOT just stretching of the anus, which is what you previously stated. Tearing resulting from forced entry is entirely different from the temporary stretching that will occur from consential penetration.
