Question on continuing TRT or not

Hey everyone,

I’m 34 and have been on and off TRT for about 8 years, mostly off though. I always go months without injecting, every once in a while I will start to feel tired/emotional/fatigue and I can tell I’m due for another shot.

I usually have a script but I haven’t picked any up in months so the doc had me get new bloodwork. My numbers are:

Total test - 321
Free test - 63 (35 - 155)
LSH - 3.5 (1.4 - 12.8)
FH - 3.4 (1.5 - 9.3)

To me, 321 is pretty low. However, I don’t experience any side effects like most do with low test. No loss of sex drive, no depression, no loss of muscle mass, etc

As I get older, I care more about my health than how I look. I took cycles at an early age and screwed up my test production and didn’t care about having to get on TRT. Now, I definitely would do it over. I don’t want to be dependent on test until I absolutely have to be.

I guess what I’m asking is are my levels high enough for me to still maintain/slowly make gains in the gym? As long as I don’t have symptoms of low test, is it bad for my body to have test levels of 320? Is there any hope of naturally getting my test levels to say 450-500? Are my FSH and LH super low? I figured they would be lower. I’ve heard people taking clomid and hcg to raise test but not sure

can you share the full blood work? blur our personal details.

I personally think doing TRT is beneficial overall long term.

since you're back and you have a history on EF, how about you start a LOG journal in a NEW thread? so we can follow and guide you into self-TRT and likely more cycles :)

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

testosterone levels are extremely overrated you can get great results at 350. I'm actually surprised your levels are that good since you've been using steroids I know from a very young age because I remember your prior posts

also damn we're getting old I can remember when you were 20 on here lol
 
you didn't mention about children
if you're looking to have kids in the future or it's an option then you should try and come off fully
 
your LH and FSH are good
can most certainly come off and it sounds like you feel good so what's the problem
 
come off and run hcgenerate
I bet you your numbers will bounce back even more
 
try it out man and put up a log
what's the worst that can happen you end up on trt anyway
