i started training events in the past few weeks as most of u have seen from the pics. my problem is ever since i started i have been getting shooting pains in both arms they seem to center around my elbow and go up to the traps and down the the finger tips. that was what my left arm did. today my rigth arm was hurting hwne i bent it so i assume it is a bicep tendon issue. i notice when i finish with the stones i ahve pain in the same place. has anyone else had this happen to them because of the stones and if so what i can i do about it. i am tired of only lifting on sunday then having to take the rest of the week off due to pain in my arms. is there a way to stregnthen tendons? i would be greatful for any advice or ideas thanks.
