so i take it this is your first cycle if so run Test @ 500mg a wk Nothing else, once you see how your body reacts to hormones later on you may add another compound. Gotta crawl before you can walk.

Also you need to train at least 4-5 days a week, even after the cycle ,this is where everyone makes mistakes, after the cycle is over they get slack, Not so ,you gotta feed that new muscle to keep it, and training must be spot on also.
