Ok so im using this iphone app to keep track of calories consumed every day and calories burned via exercise, the app is called loose it and is very efective at keeping track of all the food i consume.
It works by allowing certain amount of calories (in my case 1850-2000 cals) consumed from food plus it substract all the calories burned by exercising. Is this valid? I mean i sometimes eat more than my allowed calories because once i do my regular routine of exercises it compensates for the extra food i eate that day. For example i sometimes end up consuming a total of 2550 cals less the 600 cals substracted for the exercise it marks at the end of the day 1850 cals consumed.
Is this a valid method when dieting?
