you look like my old wrestling coach...
he was a mean fucker. used to offer 20 bucks to us if we could bust the other guys nose with a cross face or some shit. used to keep us so fucking pumped it was maddening. this guy did 196 push ups straight once because some freshman asked why he wasn't doing push ups with us. i saw this happen. i hope you motivate your teams as well. i remember one time he had us carrying buckets of rocks up the bleachers (i know it sounds dumb but this guy was always real creative with training) and i was just about to colapse so i stopped and leaned over ready to puke and he walked over and just stared at me. after a second i said i just can't do it coach- he looked at me and said "yeah, i didn't think you could either". guess what happened? i'll never forget that day. it's helped me do alot of things since then. madman, if you can see this from where you are then thanks...
