Nutrition wise, up the protein.
If you take in more protein than your muscles can use to repair themselves, your body will use it as energy. Ain't nothing wrong with that....definitely better than the alternative.
Of course you probably know that changing up your training (sets, reps, volume, etc.) for a month or two will help too.
