I've got a long cross country red eye next week with a couple of plane switches late at night and early morning. I've been going for 150-180g of protein/day and I eat fish, but no meat.
With FAA and TSA restrictions, what are some options I have for carrying protein onboard? My one plastic bag while have some cosmetics and stuff and I don't think a bag of (protein) powder would pass, especially since I don't have a lot of size.
Currently, I'm planning on packing a few soy meat sandwhiches but I'm not big on soy protein. Opening a can of tuna probably isn't cool Would taking a bunch of amino capsules be helpful?
Thanks for any info and ideas.
