I know this has been covered but I wantto clarify. Imdeployed and eating 275+ grams protein is hard with constantly being on mission. If I was to consume at least 200 in shakes alone for a "bulking" period is that the same as eating 200 grams worth? I know calories will be way different but I'll be using big blast, super bovine serum, n2bulk and whey to build muscle. Will I still see great lean Gaines drinkin this much in protein and eating what I can do get over 275g a day? I weigh 203.
