Protein, Pills, Powers... fat

Ok. So im on the fat loss dieting right. I think im down to a good enough weight to START to workout. Heres my situation

Age - 19
Weight - 210
Height - 6'2
BF 15% I hope(I was weighing 240, should be 30lbs straight fat loss)

Anyhow I still need to loose a little more, the flubber belly... you know.

So my question is, can someone plan out a protein shake planner for me or something? I eat protein with every meal, and of correct size, portions(calories, fat, protein) and all that.

When I start working out, I think ill need a little more, but I dont want any weightgainer or creatine or stuff like that. The less fattening the better too.

Next.... my current muscle. I can do 6 pushups. Does that sum it up? I have almost no chest muscle, especially in the center of the chest, its sad. So, do I need to do 8 reps per set, or 12? am I looking for mass or what?

If you weighed 240 before and now weigh 210, you didnt lose 30lbs of fat, unless you were lifting heavy throughout....which you werent.

Your post has no goal...pushups aren't going to do much of anything for you, you need to get a gym membership if you want to build/retain muscle...and i didnt see the mention of cardio in there either...

like intricate said, what are your goals?
 
I would like to keep losing fat, and build some muscle - which I have none of.
I run 2 miles a day as far as cardio.
