Hey Bro, You guys are forgeting a few facts. First protien continues to be used there is a limit on how much we can process per hr but that does not mean the protien is gone or wasted. Its still thier waiting to be used. lets use something else as an example say you drink alcohol, your body can process say 1 shot per hour. You do 3 shots. Does the alcohol disaper or leave your body no, it just takes longer to process. The same is true of protien and since your digestive system is the most active when we sleep we are still processing protien when we are sleeping. I am not saying that if you were to consume say 1000grams of protien that you will not waste any I am sure you would be. Also that is probly info that is based on averages of normal folks, Us jacked up sons of a guns know that AS useage allows us to protien more effectively, as so our metabolisms are jacked up too so they are working on overdrive.
