Spatterson a sample of my diet would go like this:
2 norabol
2 PPAs
flax seed oil (1 TBL)
1 liter of water during workout
Protein drink w/fruit (strawberries, pineapple) Usually get this at the gym after workout, I think they use designer protein or labrada's lean something or other.
2 multivitamins
1 borage oil capsule
2-3 eggwhites, 1 egg (sometimes w/spinach, mushrooms)
1/2 oatbran eng. muffin w/fruit perserves
1 liter of water
1/2 pink grapefruit, 2 plums or small apple
2 norabol
1 PPA
Sunny Caesar Salad
(Romaine lettuce, tuna, sundried tomatoes, non-fat parmesan,olive oil (sometimes sub flax seed oil), apple cider vinegar, and a few anchovies)
1 liter of water
Protein chips or ostrich jerky

1 PPA
Chicken breast, small sweet potato (maybe some type of green leafy vegetable or a small salad)
Triple threat protein before bed
