prostate ,how do you look after youres?

as we know most aas are bad for the prostate,Ive started a cycle ..my highest dose yet ,anyway I read somewere that if we men lived long enough we'd all get prosate cancer I started taking extra zinc but not sure what would be an effective dosage and would like too take something else...I take allsorts for other organs its about time I looked after my prostate

We'll all get prostate cancer if we live long enough??So every person who has lived up until they are eighty or ninety plus has had prostate cancer then??I think not.

Anyway,you can use saw palmetto to help with your prostate.
 
Pumpkin seeds are great, high in bioavailable zinc anf EFA's.

... Saw Palmetto extract, Pygeum (Bark extract), Stinging nettle root extract, Lycopene, etc. Many prostate supps are available with these ingredients.

I take alot of pumpkin seed oil - good for the libido too!

Whatever you read about "if we men lived long enough we'd all get prosate cancer" isn't strictly true in my opinon, however BPH is to be expected as men age... Doc's are still unsure for the exact reason why however a shift in hormone ratios has a big part to play, interestingly DHT is not thought to act alone in causing hyperplasia - insulin and estrogen are also involved.

You can process / absorb more protien with ginger.

I think the threshold is only 40-50 grams and ginger gives the ability to process upt to 10-20 more grams of protien? Flame away.....
