I just have to say one thing... 5x5
Ok well I can’t help it but I have to say more here...lol
I renewed my membership at the Y 2 days ago (been working out at my friends) and I went to see what I weighed... I was surprised as hell because now I’m where I was 2 years ago at 190, but this time with 4 abs that are now visible and the lower 2 slightly. And my strength has gone up quite a bit
I just have to say the 5x5 program has helped way better then the 4 months I did 3x8's, can't wait to hit 200. Never been that heavy before, ever, its the number one goal am trying so hard to reach with a 10-11 % BF ratio...Oh one thing I should mention, I never got good results doing my arms with 5x5 ... what does that mean?
so far since returning to BB, I went from 175 16% bf to 190 11% (got them to pull the calibers out at the Y)
All in all its been 6 months, dime to go !
