Overhead DB shoulder press - 40lbs
Side lateral raise - 15lbs
Front raise - 10lbs
Bent over rear delt raise - 15lbs
Upright row (cable) - 60lbs
Repeat circuit 3x
Finished with my good old famous steering wheels...3 sets 12 reps the first two sets then just went to failure on the last one
