Postworkout shake Recipe!

Hey, u guys want a good ass tasting pw shake? I got turned on to adding mussclemans (any brand) pie filling, with dextrose and whey for simple carbs....shoot for 50g from each. makes a pretty damn good shake!
 
1 scoop of strawberry muscle milk + 1 scoop of strawberry isopure protein powder.

That is my basic PW shake. I add the muscle milk for flavor purposes.
 
3 scoops choc flavored N large, 1 scoop ON Whey choc flavored, 2 packets Swiss Miss Low-Carb Cocoa, water and crushed ice. Mmm Mmm!
 
50 grams Whey Isolate
50 grams Carbs
30 grams Glutamine peptides
5 grams Creatine Monohydrate
1-2 caps Rala or Krala whcih is what I now prefer
 
Two scoops of ON Vanilla whey, about 14 oz of 2% milk, one banana, half cup of ice and 4 or 5 frozen strawberries best thing I've ever tasted
 
Anybody know how to keep the damn shake from foaming up in the blender? I've tried 3 different brands & they all foam.

keep fats, i.e. muscle milk OUT of the equation....same with fructose, although debateable...your shake is a perfect 1st meal of the day shake......quick carbs pw for a good 45 minutes........

^^^bump to this...i do the same thing but with a different whey powder
