Hey, u guys want a good ass tasting pw shake? I got turned on to adding mussclemans (any brand) pie filling, with dextrose and whey for simple carbs....shoot for 50g from each. makes a pretty damn good shake!
keep fats, i.e. muscle milk OUT of the equation....same with fructose, although debateable...your shake is a perfect 1st meal of the day shake......quick carbs pw for a good 45 minutes........
