Hey everyone just thought it'd be a good idea for everyone to post their diets meal by meal and total cals and macros. I'll type mine when I get to a computer
I agree I eat a lot of shit foods easy calories and I follow iifym has no effect on body comp.. When I cut it's all counted to the tee though. And 50 pounds that's awesome!! Really trying to work up to a 405 pause bench atm joints are getting bad with it though. Injurys blow had a few my self in the past
My bench is the lowest it's been because of a shoulder injury but was on the bench all day today at about 10 sets of pyramid and get a couple flies but ultimately is probably one of the best chest workouts I've had in a while
What's ur daily meals look like
Really hope to get some more guys posting up their meal plans I find that quite interesting that's what actually one of my favorite parts of the sport ( love food )

First meal usually 5 whole eggs in a tortilla with cheese and lunch meat and added salt pre workout with 24 oz of juice or skim milk
2nd meal is usually ground turkey and 2 cups of rice usually eat this 2 times a day
Also have a daily cheat where I usually get McDonald's and eat about 5 burgers
Then eat a big bowl of ice xream with peanut butter before bed. Was clean but currently eating anything in sight trying to eat 4-5k cals of clean food isn't worth it to me
And I used to be able to eat like that daily now it's just a weekend thing honestly unless I'm running tren I can't eat mc Donald's daily without it going to unwanted places my body dislikes processed food
