I train weights in the morning as i am restricted with the fact that i train with my father. i do my cardio at 2:00pm in the afternoon. now at the moment i have a carb and protein meal at 11:00 am, then i have whey at 13:30(pre cardio) and then an hour after cardio i have a carb and protein meal, now would it be better to have all my carbs for the day pre cardio and only have protein post cardio or is it necessary to have carbs post cardio?
